AUSTRALIAN CRIME COMMISSION (ACT) ACT 2003 - SECT 12

    (1)     The chair of the board may call meetings of the board.

    (2)     The chair, in exercising his or her power to call meetings, must ensure that meetings of the board are scheduled to meet the requirements set out in the ACC Act
