AUSTRALIAN CRIME COMMISSION (ACT) ACT 2003 - SECT 41
Incidental powers of ACC
The ACC has power to do everything necessary to be done for or in relation to,
or reasonably incidental to, the exercise of its functions under this Act, and
any specific powers given to the ACC by this Act are not to be taken to limit
by implication the generality of this section.
