CRIMES ACT 1900 - SECT 151
Forcible entry on land
A person who enters on land that is in the actual and peaceable possession of
another person in a manner likely to cause a breach of the peace commits an
offence.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units, imprisonment for 1 year or
both.
