Maximum penalty: imprisonment for 10 years.
(2) In this section:
"building" includes—
(a) part of a building; or
(b) a mobile home, caravan, tent or other temporary structure.
"conveyance" includes an aircraft, vehicle or vessel.
"firearm "includes an airgun and air pistol.
