CRIMES ACT 1900 - SECT 290
Incriminating statements admissible though on oath
No incriminating statement by the accused, offered in evidence in any case, if
the statement was made voluntarily, and before any charge preferred against
him or her, shall be rejected, because of the statement having been on oath.
