CRIMES ACT 1900 - SECT 389

Obstruction of stream etc

A person shall not place any obstruction in any stream, river or lake, being an obstruction that is likely to endanger the safety of any person.

Maximum penalty: $1 000, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
