CRIMES (SENTENCING) ACT 2005 - SECT 133XD

A young offender subject to a therapeutic correction order has the following obligations (the therapeutic correction obligations ):

        (a)     the core conditions of the order;

        (b)     the therapeutic correction conditions;

        (c)     any other obligation created by the court as part of the order.
