CRIMES (SENTENCING) ACT 2005 - SECT 133XE

Court may make ancillary orders to achieve object of therapeutic correction order

The court may make any order that is not inconsistent with this Act or the Crimes (Sentence Administration) Act 2005

, that the court considers appropriate to achieve the object of a therapeutic correction order .
