Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) The prosecutor and the defence may cross-examine the assessor who prepared the therapeutic correction assessment given to the court.
(2) In this section:
"defence" means—
(a) any lawyer representing a young offender; or
(b) if the offender is not legally represented—a person who the court grants leave to cross-examine on behalf of the offender.
