Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) This section applies if the CYP director-general believes on reasonable grounds that a young offender has breached any of the offender's therapeutic correction obligations.
(2) The CYP director-general must report the belief to the sentencing court.
(3) A report under this section must be made in writing and set out the grounds for the CYP director-general's belief.
