CRIMES (SENTENCING) ACT 2005 - SECT 22

This part applies if a court makes any of the following orders for an offender in relation to an offence:

        (a)     an intensive correction order;

        (b)     a drug and alcohol treatment order;

        (c)     a good behaviour order;

        (d)     a therapeutic correction order.
