CRIMES (SENTENCE ADMINISTRATION) ACT 2005 - SECT 1005

Parole time credit applies in relation to old parole orders

Part 7.5A applies in relation to a parole order made under the Rehabilitation of Offenders (Interim) Act 2001

(repealed) that, immediately before the commencement day, was in force under section 343 (3) of this Act.

Note     The Rehabilitation of Offenders (Interim) Act 2001

(repealed) continues to apply to parole orders in certain circumstances (see s 343 (3)).
