CRIMES (SENTENCE ADMINISTRATION) ACT 2005 - SECT 11

The committal order—

        (a)     authorises the director-general to have custody of the offender under the order; and

        (b)     requires the director-general to—

              (i)     take the offender into custody; and

              (ii)     keep the offender imprisoned under full-time detention until released under this Act or another territory law.
