CRIMES (SENTENCE ADMINISTRATION) ACT 2005 - SECT 116O

The director-general may conduct an examination of a fine defaulter under this division to determine—

        (a)     the financial position of the defaulter; and

        (b)     what fine enforcement action (if any) should be taken against the defaulter.
