Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) This section applies to a decision of the board to change the offender's parole obligations, by imposing or amending an additional condition of the parole order, under part 7.4.
(2) The decision takes effect—
(a) when the board gives the offender written notice of the decision; or
(b) if a later date of effect is stated in the notice—on the date stated.
