CRIMES (SENTENCE ADMINISTRATION) ACT 2005 - SECT 163

Parole order transfer—declaration of corresponding parole laws

    (1)     The Minister may declare that a law of a State or another Territory is a corresponding parole law for this Act.

    (2)     A declaration is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act
