Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) The appointment of a board member must not be for longer than 3 years.
Note A person may be reappointed to a position if the person is eligible to be appointed to the position (see Legislation Act
, s 208 and dict, pt 1, def appoint ).
(2) The instrument appointing, or evidencing the appointment of, a board member must state whether the person is appointed as the chair, a deputy chair or a non-judicial member.
