CRIMES (SENTENCE ADMINISTRATION) ACT 2005 - SECT 180

For this Act, the board's supervisory functions are—

        (a)     its functions under the following provisions:

              (i)     chapter 5 (Intensive correction orders);

              (ii)     chapter 7 (Parole);

              (iii)     part 13.1 (Release on licence); and

        (b)     any other function of the board declared by regulation to be a supervisory function.
