CRIMES (SENTENCE ADMINISTRATION) ACT 2005 - SECT 181

Exercise of board's supervisory functions

    (1)     The supervisory functions of the board must be exercised by a division of the board.

    (2)     In exercising a supervisory function, the division of the board is taken to be the board.
