CRIMES (SENTENCE ADMINISTRATION) ACT 2005 - SECT 300

An offender released on licence must—

        (a)     comply with the licence, including—

              (i)     the core conditions of the licence; and

              (ii)     any condition imposed on the licence by the Executive; and

        (b)     comply with any other requirement under this Act or the Corrections Management Act 2007

that applies to the offender.
