CRIMES (SENTENCE ADMINISTRATION) ACT 2005 - SECT 313

The Executive may, in writing, remit partly or completely any of the following in relation to a person convicted or found guilty of an offence:

        (a)     a sentence of imprisonment;

        (b)     a fine or other financial penalty;

        (c)     a forfeiture of property.
