Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) The purpose of this chapter is to set out particular provisions that apply to administration of sentences of young offenders.
(2) Except as provided in this chapter or otherwise in this Act, this Act applies to young offenders in the same way as it applies to other offenders.
