CRIMES (SENTENCE ADMINISTRATION) ACT 2005 - SECT 320I

Chapter 11 (Transfer of prisoners) does not apply to a young offender who is subject to an ACT sentence of imprisonment unless the young offender is imprisoned in a correctional centre.
