Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) This section applies if a forensic mental health order is in force in relation to a detainee, a person released on parole, a person released on licence or a person serving a community-based sentence.
(2) The director-general must tell the director-general responsible for the Mental Health Act 2015
in writing if the person stops being a detainee, a person released on parole, a person released on licence or a person serving a community-based sentence.
(3) In this section:
"community-based sentence"—see section 264.
"detainee"—see the Corrections Management Act 2007
