CRIMES (SENTENCE ADMINISTRATION) ACT 2005 - SECT 324

    (1)     The Minister may approve forms for this Act (other than forms for use in or in relation to a court).

Note     Forms for use in relation to courts may be approved under the Court Procedures Act 2004

, s 8.

    (2)     If the Minister approves a form for a particular purpose, the approved form must be used for that purpose.

    (3)     An approved form is a notifiable instrument.
