CRIMES (SENTENCE ADMINISTRATION) ACT 2005 - SECT 50

    (1)     The director-general may direct an offender, orally or in writing, to give a test sample when reporting to do community service work.

    (2)     The provisions of the Corrections Management Act 2007

relating to alcohol and drug tests apply in relation to a direction under this section and any sample given under the direction.
