CRIMES (SENTENCE ADMINISTRATION) ACT 2005 - SECT 76

The director-general must keep data of—

        (a)     each intensive correction order made in relation to an offender; and

        (b)     the offence for which an order is made; and

        (c)     each order that is cancelled, suspended or discharged including the reasons for the cancellation, suspension or discharge.
