CRIMINAL CODE 2002 - SECT 363D

    (1)     In this part:

"obtain" includes—

        (a)     get or keep for oneself (directly or indirectly); or

        (b)     get or keep for another person (directly or indirectly).

    (2)     The definition of obtain in section 300 does not apply to this part.
