Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) A person is not criminally responsible for an offence against this part if, when engaging in the conduct required for the offence, the person believed that the person had a right or interest in the property concerned that entitled the person to engage in the conduct.
(2) In this section:
"right or interest in property" includes a right or privilege in or over land or waters, whether created by grant, licence or otherwise.
