Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) The Minister must—
(a) review the operation and effectiveness of the amendments to all Acts made by the Justice (Age of Criminal Responsibility) Legislation Amendment Act 2023
as soon as practicable after the end of 5 years after this section commences; and
(b) present a report of the review to the Legislative Assembly before the end of 6 years after this section commences.
(2) This section expires 7 years after it commences.
