CRIMES (RESTORATIVE JUSTICE) ACT 2004 - SECT 30

The director-general may decide that an offence is suitable for restorative justice only if satisfied that—

        (a)     there is an eligible victim or eligible parent for the offence; and

        (b)     the offender is an eligible offender.
