CONFISCATION OF CRIMINAL ASSETS ACT 2003 - SECT 124

Meaning of buyback order

In this Act:

"buyback order "means an order under section 126 (Buyback orders—making) declaring that a person may buy an interest in forfeited property from the Territory.
