CONFISCATION OF CRIMINAL ASSETS ACT 2003 - SECT 140

Interstate restraining and forfeiture orders etc—ending of registration

A registered interstate restraining order, automatic forfeiture decision, forfeiture order or unexplained wealth order ceases to be registered under this Act if—

        (a)     it ceases to be in force under the corresponding law under which it was made; or

        (b)     its registration is cancelled under section 141.
