CONFISCATION OF CRIMINAL ASSETS ACT 2003 - SECT 20

Meaning of artistic profits restraining order

In this Act:

"artistic profits restraining order", in relation to an offence, means a restraining order made solely to satisfy a penalty order for artistic profits in relation to the offence.
