CONFISCATION OF CRIMINAL ASSETS ACT 2003 - SECT 249
Confiscation proceedings—witness not required to answer questions prejudicing
investigation A witness in the hearing of a confiscation proceeding is not
required to answer a question or produce a document if the relevant court is
satisfied that answering the question or producing the document may prejudice
an investigation or prosecution in relation to a relevant offence.
