CONFISCATION OF CRIMINAL ASSETS ACT 2003 - SECT 52

In this Act:

"conviction forfeiture order "means an order under section 54 (Conviction forfeiture orders—making) for the forfeiture to the Territory of tainted property in relation to a relevant offence.
