CONFISCATION OF CRIMINAL ASSETS ACT 2003 - SECT 90

    (1)     In this division:

"narcotic substance"—

        (a)     see the Customs Act 1901

(Cwlth), section 4; and

        (b)     includes anything prescribed by regulation for this definition; but

        (c)     does not include cannabis food products.

"property", of an offender, includes—

        (a)     property subject to the effective control of the offender; and

        (b)     property that, immediately before it vested in the trustee for the property under the Bankruptcy Act 1966

(Cwlth), was the offender's property.
