CRIMES (FORENSIC PROCEDURES) ACT 2000 - SECT 63

Preventing the carrying out of forensic procedure

A person must not intentionally obstruct, hinder or resist a police officer or any other person authorised under this Act to exercise functions relating to the carrying out of a forensic procedure.

Maximum penalty: 200 penalty units, imprisonment for 2 years or both.
