CRIMES (CHILD SEX OFFENDERS) ACT 2005 - SECT 126

A registrable offender commits an offence if the offender—

        (a)     applies for child-related employment; and

        (b)     is reckless about whether the employment is child-related employment.

Maximum penalty: 200 penalty units, imprisonment for 2 years or both.
