Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) Despite any other territory law, the functions of the chief police officer under this Act must not be delegated to anyone else.
(2) However, the chief police officer may delegate to a deputy chief police officer any of the chief police officer's functions under chapter 5A of this Act.
(3) Not
more than 4 delegations may be in force under this section at any one time.
