In this part:
"person with a legal disability" means—
(a) a young person; or
(b) a person with a mental disability.
"person with a mental disability" means a person who is not legally competent to be a party to a proceeding on an application for an order under this chapter because of a mental or intellectual disability, and includes such a person even if a disability guardian under the Guardianship and Management of Property Act 1991
has been appointed.
