VICTIMS OF CRIME ACT 1994 - SECT 21

Victims services scheme—annual report

The annual reporting authority nominated in accordance with the regulations must prepare an annual report under the Annual Reports (Government Agencies) Act 2004

about the operations of the scheme within the relevant financial year.

Note     Financial year has an extended meaning in the Annual Reports (Government Agencies) Act 2004
