VICTIMS OF CRIME ACT 1994 - SECT 22F

Conditions of appointment generally

    (1)     An appointed member holds the position on a part-time basis.

    (2)     An appointed member holds the position on terms not provided by this Act or another territory law that are decided by the Minister.
