VICTIMS OF CRIME ACT 1994 - SECT 22H

    (1)     Meetings of the board are to be held at the times and places it decides.

    (2)     However, the board must meet at least twice every year.

    (3)     The chair—

        (a)     may at any time call a meeting of the board; and

        (b)     must call a meeting if asked to do so by the Minister or at least 7 members.
