CRIMES REGULATION 2001 - REG 4

Exclusions—Act, dict, definition of knife

The following knives are excluded from the definition:

        (a)     a plastic knife designed for eating purposes;

        (b)     a blade that is not a knife blade or a blade forming part of any of the following:

              (i)     a machete;

              (ii)     a cleaver;

              (iii)     a sword.
