ROAD TRANSPORT (OFFENCES) REGULATION 2005 - REG 14E

The maximum amount of time the administering authority may allow on an application under section 14C or section 14D is as follows:

        (a)     for an application to extend the time to do a thing mentioned in the “b Transport (General) Act 1999">Act

, section 26 (2)— 6 months;

        (b)     for an application to extend the time to do a thing mentioned in the “b Transport (General) Act 1999">Act

, section 28 (2)— 6 months.
