ROAD TRANSPORT (OFFENCES) REGULATION 2005 - REG 14L

The following information is prescribed:

        (a)     the date of the notice;

        (b)     the name and home address or business address of the person;

        (c)     that the infringement notice penalty to which the notice relates has not been paid, and the notice has not been withdrawn;

        (d)     that any suspension action takes effect on the suspension date and continues until the suspension is revoked under the Act
