ROAD TRANSPORT (OFFENCES) REGULATION 2005 - REG 16BA

Variation or suspension of plan—Act, s 31B (7) (d)

The authority may, at the request of the person subject to the plan—

        (a)     vary the plan; or

        (b)     suspend the plan for a stated amount of time.
