The affected person may apply to the ACAT for review of an internal reviewer's decision.

Note     If a form is approved under the href="http://www.legislation.act.gov.au/a/2008-35" title="A2008-35">ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2008

for the application, the form must be used.
