Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations Australian Capital Territory Current Regulations(1) All eligible victims are entitled to receive level 1 service under the victims services scheme.
(2) Level 1 service consists of not more than 2 contact hours.
(3) The commissioner may, but is not required to, prepare a care plan for an eligible victim receiving level 1 service.
